ASSOCIATE PUBLIC ADJUSTER

Friedman & Associates is currently seeking skilled public adjusters to join our team. We require a college degree or equivalent industry certifications (AIC, CPCU, AINS, etc.). We are committed to having a diverse team of driven, goal-oriented individuals. Job responsibilities for new public adjuster associates include generating new business, estimating, and gathering necessary documentation. Client representation is awarded based on merits and showing the highest of proficiency. The compensation is highly competitive, consisting of a base play plus commission. As a public adjusting firm, we are committed to promoting from the inside, and the highest honor an associate adjuster can receive is partnership in our firm.

*A state-issued public insurance adjuster’s license is required for this position. While a public adjuster’s license is preferred for new-hires, we are welcoming to licensed independent adjusters who are tired of watching insurance companies taking advantage of policyholders, and want to do something about it.*

FIELD ESTIMATOR

For those seeking a career with our firm in the appraisal division, this is your foot in the door. While no formal education is required, a degree in construction management or equivalent is preferred. Field estimators who show high proficiency in writing professional estimates and negotiating them on their merits may be promoted to our appraisal division.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

A public adjuster’s very lifeline is generally his executive assistant. Friedman & Associates is always on the look out for high-communication individuals who possess the organizational and administrative abilities to succeed in our firm. Individuals with experience as a legal secretaries or paralegals generally do exceedingly well in this position.
